Sell Your Property with Confidence

I am honest and work very hard to get my clients the most money they can for their home and have the best experience in either selling or in purchasing a home. I live in Prospect, KY and I am a Real Estate Broker in the states of Kentucky and Indiana. To be a Broker takes a lot more training, testing and experience, so be assured I am held to higher standards than a normal real estate agent. I have been Selling real estate since 2003 in the Kentuckiana area.

In my opinion, in listing a home correctly, you have great pictures to promote the home and have a great agent that will go out of their way to make sure the transaction goes smoothly. All my Sellers have been glad that they chose me as their agent. Many of them have recommended me and have been repeat clients.

I am good at what I do and do most of the work myself. I don’t have a team that I push you to after you sign a listing agreement or after you have an accepted contract. I hate to leave my reputation in someone else’s hands. I want to know it is done right and the way my clients and I agreed to do it. You are paying me to take care of you through the whole transaction not a stranger. You expect me to do what was agreed upon and I expect the same from you.

Regarding price - I like to take my Sellers to their competition. I believe it helps my client know how to price their home and also understand why another home might sell before theirs. I do a market analysis of the property to make sure the Seller understands the market and price their home at a fair price. I don’t want to make false promises by telling you I can get an enormous price when I have nothing to base that on and waste valuable market time for a Seller to sell their home. Again, I don’t want to mislead my potential clients. After all, honesty is the best policy and that is why I am considered a top agent in the area and have loyal clients.

Previous homes that I have sold or listed in the past 20 years range from $70,000.00 to $1,500,000.00 in Kentucky and Indiana.
Am I too busy to treat you as my only client? NO and I promise you that I limit my listings to a maximum of 5 at a time. I don’t feel I can give the personal touch that I like to give my selling clients if I do. The price range that your home might not currently have Buyers fighting over them, but with the right marketing strategy it can still get sold in a short time period.

Not every Seller or Buyer is for me. I know you think I am crazy for saying this, but it is true. Life is too short. My time is valuable, as I am sure yours is. I want to work with people that are reasonable and serious about selling their home and having their home reasonably priced.
